Job Description
Human Resources Support:
- Collaborate with the Singapore HR team for HRIS activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR info.
- Create custom reports and analytics for HR and business needs
- Input and update employee data in Workday
- Document Policies and update on company portal
IT Proficiency:
- Create/edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Organize data efficiently for business functions.
- Generate accurate reports and presentations.
- Perform system checks for data accuracy
Workday Experience:
- Familiarity with Workday is an advantage.
- Assist in data entry and basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- HR experience and Workday familiarity preferred.
- Organizational, time management, detail-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: RM4,00.00 – RM4,200.00 per month
