Job Description

Job purpose:

– The jobholder will handle incoming customer calls that flow into the Contact Centre regarding service inquiries, requests, or complaints. They will refer to work policies and procedures to provide complete and accurate responses to customers.

Job accountabilities / Key result areas:

• Identify and handle customer inquiries, ensuring complete and accurate resolution of complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Execute customer service and sales skills when appropriate to maximize the opportunity of each customer contact.
• Educate customers about the organization’s products and services and direct them toward available resources for self-help.
• Maximize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services in accordance with given guidelines.
• Initiate or propose work process improvements and participate in service initiatives for increased effectiveness and productivity.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of the organization’s customer data.

Requirements:

• Preferably have some Contact Centre experience.
• Must possess at least SPM and above.
• Able to work in Petaling Jaya area.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
