Up until now, I have been managing the design team concurrently with other departments. However, in order to strengthen the structure, we have decided to carry out new recruitment.
【Job Description】
Molds play an important role in maintaining the accuracy of die-casting. We have introduced the latest equipment including CAD and CAM to ensure accuracy.
– Design of die-casting molds
– Specification meetings with clients
– Process design and quality assurance
– Technical guidance and management of 15 local staff members
– Reporting to superiors
Qualifications
Requirements
【Required Qualifications】
– Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of work experience or a high school graduate with minimum 8 years of work experience
– Experience in mold design such as die-casting molds and plastic molds
– Ability to travel overseas (mainly to Japan and Thailand for 1 week every 2-3 months)
– Proficiency in English or Chinese for daily communication and work instructions with local members
<Applicants with the following qualifications are welcomed>
– Experience in mold design using 2D-CAD and 3D-CAD
– Pre-study using fluid simulation tools
