The Workplace Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of facility management, ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the workplace. This includes managing office space, enhancing employees’ productivity and safety, and implementing strategies to optimize the use of resources.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage office facilities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement workplace policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Create and monitor budgets for facility-related expenses.
• Implement strategies to improve workplace efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in managing office spaces and services. Excellent organizational and communication skills are also necessary to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
