Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor agent status in real-time.
- Evaluate adherence and take immediate action to improve performance.
- Facilitate real-time discussions with necessary stakeholders.
- Identify call routing anomalies using real-time monitoring applications.
- Process hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly schedule adherence and SLA reports.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Degree holder.
- Minimum 5 years of call center/customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must be a team player and problem solver.
- Computer literacy is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,00.00 – RM12,00.00 per month
