Job Description

1. Assist Chargeman in monitoring building and M&E System operations.

2. Schedule preventive maintenance for 415V equipment.

3. Responsible for Three Phase Electrical System under Chargeman’s supervision.

4. Repair and replace M&E systems with Facility Staff.

5. Act as Proxy when Chargeman is unavailable.

6. Lead assigned tasks under Chargeman’s guidance.

7. Assist suppliers/contractors in accordance with requisitions and agreements.

8. Troubleshoot M&E systems with Facility Staff.

9. Conduct routine M&E inspections to meet maintenance objectives.

10. Support additional projects and events as needed.

11. Assist in maintenance work for various systems.
