Job Description
- To ensure the smooth running and operation of the IETS (Industrial Effluent Treatment System) in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to fulfill production demand.
- To carry out daily quality inspections and lab testing of IETS according to specifications. Also, perform internal calibration of instruments for water analysis.
- Immediately notify your immediate superior of any abnormalities related to quality.
- Prepare and compile all IETS checklists and testing reports.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of the IETS, working together with the utility team or any relevant section when necessary.
- Perform flushing, rinsing, chemical cleaning, backwashing, and steaming of water treatment components.
- Ensure compliance with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Management System requirements.
- Keep the IETS area, equipment, and work area clean and tidy.
- Prepare chemicals for chemical treatment.
