Job Description
- Supervise raw material receiving and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with Buyers for daily RM receiving schedules.
- Ensure accurate DO posting in Oracle and timely storage.
- Manage QC for Incoming Quality Checks (IQC).
- Assist in raw material prebatch picking.
- Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain for daily batch RM requirements.
- Ensure safe and quality prebatch materials and timely staging.
- Support warehouse inventory management.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with cycle counts, variance analysis, and 3PL stock management.
- Provide backup for RM replenishment from 3PL and coordinate sample requests with various departments.
