Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our 3PL facilities. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts are maintained.
• Implement and enforce strict warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role within a 3PL environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
