Job Description
Location: Emhub, Kota Damansara
Working Days: 5.5 days (alternate)
Benefits: AL, ML, Staff Purchase, Med Reimbursement
Warehouse equipped with air conditioning
E-Commerce Support Assistant Responsibilities:
- Pick & pack all orders for E-commerce
- Liaise with E-commerce team on returns and actions
- Assist with Marketplace chats and customer enquiries
- Manage physical inventory and housekeeping
- Ensure timely Online Order deliveries
- Report daily order packing numbers
- Able to work under pressure and multitask
- To be stationed in a retail shop
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
