Job Description
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations management and a proven track record of successfully optimizing processes and maximizing efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping logistics
- Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve productivity and meet performance targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for warehouse operations
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high levels of performance and compliance with safety and quality standards
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
