Job Description
- To be accountable and responsible for warehouse stock and compound area.
- To comply with all documents and filing accordingly, including Credit Note, Picking list, DO, Sample requisition form.
- To perform data entry for consignment note, sample requisition form, etc on a daily/weekly basis.
- All daily deliveries must be updated to the sales team via email.
- To work closely with the operation and accounts department.
- To arrange goods delivery for pick up and prepare consignment notes for couriers and transporters.
- To perform quality control of stock items, products, consumers’ frames, etc.
- To operate a forklift when necessary.
- To assist the warehouse supervisor.
- To arrange stock accordingly within 3 days after shipment arrives.
- To attend weekly sales meetings and report on sample requisition forms.
- Customer-oriented, good with numbers, and computer skills required.
- Additional job tasks may be assigned from time to time.
