Job Description
– Customer Service — replying to customers messages and DM on online platforms and WhatsApp,
– Advising and serving customers (mainly online)
– Managing orders (mainly online), printing airway bill and packing orders
– Monitoring and ensuring stocks levels are well maintained
– Friendly, helpful and confident personality
– Willing to learn new knowledge and able to work as a team
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs
