Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large team of workers through a number of supervisors.
- Ensure productivity and quality of work for receiving, picking, and sorting.
- Resolving customer complaints professionally.
- Driving continuous improvement plan.
- Planning and forecasting operation capacity.
- Assisting any ad-hoc assignments from superiors.
- Understanding warehouse processes for both manual and automatic warehouses.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay: From RM5,500.00 per month
