Job Description
Summary: You will provide support to our operation team for day-to-day operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining & tracking inventory, packing stock, organizing, shipping and rearranging products in the warehouse.
- Managing and handling shipping, loading, and unloading of products.
- Assisting in warehouse/logistics documentation and operations.
- Assisting in the handover process and ensuring timely handover.
- Monitoring and maintaining the tidiness of the warehouse operation.
- Performing any other duties as assigned from time to time by a superior.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, e-commerce, business administration, or related fields.
- Fluent in English/Malay and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Willing to contribute your talents and nurture a fun and inclusive culture.
- Hard-working, self-driven, self-disciplined, detail-oriented, positive, and energetic.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Internship duration of 3-6 months.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Southville City / Bangi and able to work on weekends.
