Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage Inbound and Outbound, day-to-day activities in the warehouse.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
3. Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency.
4. Execute a strategy to increase operation efficiency and cost reduction.
5. Implement and enforce safety and security measures within the warehouse.
6. Create and update workflow and SOP of warehouse operation.
7. Oversee daily administrative activities, including reporting, incoming and outgoing shipments, and stock control.
8. Monitor and track the movement of stock on a daily basis.
9. Monitoring Inventory by using company systems, ensure real-time update.
10. Collaborate and undertake ad-hoc assignments with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualification / Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma / SPM in any field or equivalent.
• 1 year working experience in warehouse management, material & store control.
• Willing to learn, quick and fast response.
• Able to communicate in BM, English.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
