Job Description
Coordinate with various aspects to optimize the delivery of customer’s order.
Reorder stock (PO creation) and perform stock GR from RSC, CSC, others and third-party suppliers.
Handle shipment arrival and custom clearance.
Ensure stock and the accuracy of the records held.
Submission of invoices from suppliers, courier / forwarding agent to accounts department.
Stock replenishment and back order checking via SAP.
Liaise with other departments to gather information to resolve customer issues.
Handle Goods Return and Logistical warranty claim (ICM).
Daily updating of direct shipment report from courier / service provider.
Coordinating non-delivered parcel with suppliers / service providers.
Assist Superior in planning the workflow and resources of Logistic and store.
Handling forklift and store activities.
Preparation of inbound and outbound shipping documentations and relevant agency requirements to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
Correct and proper packing of goods against delivery note.
To receive goods from suppliers, courier agent, forwarders.
Ensure maximum protection of all store goods against damage, deterioration, theft, etc.
Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness in store, keep the store neat and tidy and arrange goods in order.
Check items picked are in ‘good and clean’ condition in appearance.
Involvement in both official and/or ad-hoc physical stock count activities.
Ensure department complies with ISO 9001 related regulations.
To perform any ad hoc task been assigned from time to time.
