Job Description

  • Handle bookings, inquiries, and complaints on shipment consignment
  • Responsible for the proper and smooth handling of individually assigned customer’s shipment
  • Ensure correct data key-in and documentation
  • To notify and pre-alert operation on pick & pack arrangement
