Job Description
- To assist in shipping and delivery schedule.
- To liaise with sales & marketing team and customer regarding delivery enquiries.
- To be responsible for delivery order, dispatch note, invoice, supply chain issuance and do matching accordingly.
- To perform data entry and maintain relevant records / documents.
- To support overall warehouse administrative works.
- Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results and undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management when required.
- Requirements
- Minimum SPM/ STPM/ “A” Level/ Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team.
- Meticulous, well organized and hardworking.
- Computer literate.
- Preferable having administration and warehouse operating experience.
- Willing to work for five and a half days a week.
- Position will be based in warehouse located in Beranang, Selangor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM1,900.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 05/15/2024
