Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to warehouse staff on daily routines and reporting methods
- Support day-to-day operations to achieve supply chain results and troubleshoot systems
- Address warehouse issues and communicate them to top management
- Mentor warehouse team on reporting to top management and drive process improvement
- Plan and monitor with haulage team
- Handling customer requests
- Arrange stock count in the warehouse
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Experience in haulage planning and customer service will be an advantage
- Strong in problem-solving and strategic planning
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently whilst still being a team player
- Must be willing to work at FV 5, Lot 54, Jalan Sungai Pinang 5/7/Ks 11, Taman Perindustrian Pulau Indah, Fasa 2, 42920 Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
