Job Description
Job Scope:
- Handle bookings, inquiries, and complaints on shipment consignment
- Responsible for the proper and smooth handling of individually assigned customer’s shipment
- Ensure correct data key-in and documentation
- Notify and pre-alert operation on pick & pack arrangement
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / STPM qualification
- Candidates with relevant experience in Forwarding and logistics/Admin and Clerk are encouraged to apply
- Fresh Graduates with a minimum Diploma are encouraged to apply
- Preference for female candidates
- Able to work overtime
