Job Description

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Admin Operations role at AG Staffing Malaysia plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities include data entry, inventory management, order processing, and general office support.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry:
    • Accurate input and maintenance of product information using Mabang TMS.
    • Verify and reconcile data, generate reports.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Maintain accurate records, conduct stock checks, and prepare reports.
  • Order Processing:
    • Ensure accurate and timely customer orders processing.
    • Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with the warehouse team and logistics provider.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Manage office supplies, provide team support, and maintain workspace organization.

Key Competencies:

Data Entry, Inventory Management, Order Processing, Administrative Support, Problem-solving, Time Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
