Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive orders by email.
- Upload/generate order (Morrison System & ZTE system).
- Update Master list & customer on order status.
- Transport arrangement (if required).
- Monitor daily transactions & close order (Close order – within 24hrs).
- Compare ZTE & Morrison’s Inbound & Outbound system report on a weekly basis.
- Compare Morrison & ZTE System on its inventory report on a monthly basis.
- Check and complete the outbound process in the system.
- Transfer storage location in the system based on the transfer list.
- Issue PR & perform submission at the system.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a higher secondary/diploma or equivalent in any field of studies.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a 3PL environment is required.
- Well versed in computers, especially in Microsoft Excel and warehouse WMS system.
