Job Description
The Vice President of Compliance is a key executive role responsible for overseeing and ensuring Deriv’s adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. Responsibilities include developing compliance programs, monitoring regulatory changes, and evaluating operational practices to mitigate risks.
Key responsibilities also involve leading compliance audits, providing guidance to senior management, and fostering a culture of ethics and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and a proactive approach to compliance management.
Experience in a similar role and a background in legal, audit, or regulatory affairs are preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.
