Job Description
The Venue Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the venue. This includes ensuring the venue is well-maintained, coordinating with staff to deliver excellent customer service, and maximizing revenue from events and activities held in the venue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising venue staff
- Collaborating with event organizers to plan and execute events
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring and managing venue budgets
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and generate revenue
Requirements:
- Prior experience in venue management or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
