Job Description
Join RMS Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd as an Umrah Operation Manager.
Key Roles:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Umrah and travel services including flight and hotel bookings.
- Ensure compliance with religious and legal requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Cooperate with various departments for effective service delivery.
