Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated UC Support Specialist to join our team. As a UC Support Specialist (L2), you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in unified communications technologies.
Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to unified communications systems, such as VoIP, video conferencing, and instant messaging. You will also be required to install, configure, and maintain these systems, ensuring their availability and functionality.
To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of unified communications technologies and protocols, including SIP, H.323, and RTP. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, as you will be required to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are also crucial, as you will be interacting with clients and end-users to provide support and guidance. You must be able to clearly explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
