Job Description
GLO Travel is a regional travel agency based in Hong Kong. It is a well-known company in the region with over 100 media coverages, specializing in cultural and in-depth tours to exotic destinations worldwide. We are currently looking for a Travel Operation & CS Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.
We welcome applications from candidates who:
- Are fluent in both Written Chinese & English
- Have experience in the tourism industry (preferred)
- Have a good command of Cantonese (a plus)
- Are responsible, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Are passionate about the tourism/travel industry
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Itinerary planning and logistical arrangement with local travel agents at various destinations
- Providing customer support and care
- Handling VISA applications and renewals
- Performing administrative duties
