Job Description
- Ensure daily shipment planning done for both Buy and Sell shipments by the planners and details shared to Operations Truck plan and Transporter (Buy Shipment ID)
- Ensure correct M3, Tonnage, Commodity and Size used during planning
- To clean up all order under error location in leaf system and setup new consignee in OTM daily basis.
- Manage and maintain consignee and SKU master file
- Monitor shipment status in Dispatcher and ensure all drivers complete daily task and shipment successfully changed status to Delivered with adequate data on pickup time stamp delivery time stamp
- Assist transporter/driver to install Despatcher mobile software.
- Maintain Tableau dashboards for Customers on OTD and Shipment status
- Perform ad-hoc task when required.
