Job Description
Support immediate superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budget to ensure efficient usage of resources.
Assisting in execution of local transport strategies, plans and processes to ensure on-time delivery with minimum cost which optimize truck capacity.
Prepare transport schedule including mode and route to ensure everyday deliveries went smoothly.
Coordinate resources required including manpower resources, trucks and drivers to ensure efficient transport operations.
Coordinate communication and resolve vendors’ performance/issues to ensure fulfillment of contractual service commitments.
Investigate any incidents and take appropriate corrective/preventive action promptly.
Managing riders and drivers attendance and performance to meet SLA percentage.
