Job Description
Assist in Proof Of Delivery (POD) Chop Sign and Transport Billing:
- Received and completion of Daily DO Chop Sign update in system.
- Check and ensure billing quantity and rate are correct.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor POD Discrepancies (Rejection)
- Assist to prepare related daily operation reports.
- Handling Trade Return Collection
- Assist to circulate via email to Transporter for collection arrangement.
- Follow up timely to ensure Trade Return Collection completed until CN issued.
- Handling Daily Documentation to Customer
