Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to lead our training initiatives. As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, including onboarding new employees, enhancing the skills of current staff, and conducting workshops to address specific training needs.
You will collaborate closely with department heads to identify training gaps and create a training roadmap that aligns with our organizational goals. Additionally, you will assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation and feedback mechanisms, constantly working towards improving our training methods and materials.
We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in training and development, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
