Job Description
Pakar HR Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create training schedules and maintain records.
- Train new hires on company policies.
- Recruit and train new Trainers.
- Market training opportunities and track employee progress.
- Recommend training materials and manage the training budget.
- Handle the HRDC platform effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
