Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Training Administrator to join our team. As a Training Administrator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing training programs within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage training programs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in the design and creation of training materials, including manuals and presentations.
- Track and maintain training records and employee certifications.
- Evaluate training programs, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Training Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
