Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in MLM business is a priority
Coordinate the continuous learning and development plans to support team and customer (Drop shipper management experience adds advantage)
Develop, implement and manage the company’s social media strategy and KPI’s
Proactively engage in training strategy, training plans, work closely with Operating Units in their Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and future training requirements for career development with the Human Resources department
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Plan the annual training calendars and budgets
Manage and conduct staff training programs and activities for the company
Ensure overall effective execution of the training and development programs to meet the organization’s objectives
Manage HRDF levies and plan for the monthly claims on the ETRIS System
Prepare regular reports for Management review on training effectiveness
Hire and train others in the team
