Job Description

PCM Semenyih Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Toyota Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will attend to walk-in customers, providing accurate and helpful information. You will maintain close communication with customers via phone, email, and messages while handling general administrative duties such as issuing quotations, receipts, and managing policy cancellations.

Requirements include a minimum SPM or Diploma, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Computer literacy and personal transportation are essential.
