Job Description
As a Tesla Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support. Your main responsibility will be assisting customers with all aspects of their Tesla ownership experience, from initial inquiries to post-sales support.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and educate them about Tesla’s products and services. This includes providing guidance on vehicle customization options, explaining financing and leasing options, and conducting test drives to showcase the unique features of Tesla vehicles.
Additionally, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the ownership journey. Your knowledge and passion for sustainable energy and the Tesla brand will be key in creating a positive and informative experience for customers.
