Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service role at Skillsphere. As a key member of our team, you will handle customer inquiries regarding mobile, broadband, and other telecommunications services through calls, live chats, and emails. Your responsibilities will include assisting with billing, plan changes, activations, and troubleshooting technical issues.
This permanent position is open to fresh graduates and SPM leavers who are English speakers, with a salary ranging from RM2,400.00 to RM3,00.00. Work location is in person.
