Job Description

As a Tender Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting in the process of bidding, preparing, and organizing tender documents in a prompt and accurate manner. Your primary role will involve reviewing tender requirements, gathering information from various sources, and compiling necessary documents. You will work closely with the Tender Manager to ensure all tender submissions are completed within deadlines. This includes coordinating with internal teams to gather relevant information, sourcing quotations, and verifying pricing details. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining an accurate database of tender documents and updating relevant information as required. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this position. You should also possess strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
