Job Description
We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join our team. This position will provide valuable support to our front desk operations and assist with administrative tasks. This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of three months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department. Additionally, they will assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
