Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Temporary Customer Relation Executive to join our team. As a Customer Relation Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This temporary position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key responsibilities include handling incoming customer queries via phone and email, identifying and resolving customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience and be able to work well under pressure.
