Job Description
SALES AND MARKETING:
- To monitor the daily forecast and work towards achieving individual sales targets.
- To collaborate with the store team in achieving the store’s sales target.
- To participate in marketing activities conducted at the store premises or other locations, such as factories, dormitories, customers’ work-stations, night markets, etc.
- To continuously monitor main competitors in the area and provide complete and reliable information to the head office team on exchange rates, service charges, offers, products, etc.
STORE OPERATIONS:
- To ensure proper recording and balance of all cash movements at all times and at the end of each day.
- To prevent cash shortages, excesses, or posting errors.
- To ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering & Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001, and under Section 3, Bank Negara Malaysia Guidelines.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- To provide friendly and welcoming service to customers.
- To assist customers in resolving inquiries and complaints.
- To inform customers about products and promotions and convert new customers into loyal customers.
- To provide polite and prompt assistance to customers over the phone.
- To assist customers in filling out application forms and handling enquiries as needed.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM1,600.00 per month
