Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Telesales Officer to join our sales team at Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Sdn Bhd. As a Telesales Officer, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Being comfortable with cold calling and having a persuasive sales technique is essential. Although previous experience in a telesales role is preferred, it is not required.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and identifying potential customers
- Calling prospective customers and pitching our products or services
- Providing information to customers and addressing their concerns
- Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
