Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telesales Consultants and Customer Service representatives. As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase. You will also handle incoming calls from existing customers, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers via phone and promoting our products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and resolving issues
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate sales documentation
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
