Job Description
Are you confident on the phone and enjoy engaging people? YLM CONSULTANCY seeks a Telemarketing Executive to make outbound calls, explain services, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments. Must have telemarketing or customer service experience (preferred), fluent English (Mandarin or Malay a plus), clear persuasive phone skills, goal-oriented attitude, and basic computer literacy. Full-time permanent role open to fresh graduates. Salary RM1,700–RM2,500/month. Benefits include free parking, maternity and parental leave, professional development, and promotion opportunities. On-site work in person at our office.
