Job Description
A Telemarketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services over the phone. The main duties include making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, answering customer queries, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and present product offerings
- Provide detailed information about products or services to customers
- Answer customer questions and address concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
