Job Description
We are from a human resources company and we are looking for telemarketing and customer service experts to join our own human resources company team. Our business covers Malaysia and Singapore, is diversified and covers 5 major industries.
Our work includes:
- Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, Social media, facebook ads & facebook group, market our services, provide customer service, resolve customer issues, follow up with customers and understand their needs.
We require you to meet the following conditions:
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Be patient and careful.
- If you have sales ability, you will be responsible for business negotiations in apartments and factories.
