Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Telecom Call Centre / Phone Operator / Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing customer support, and performing administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in using telecommunications equipment, and possess strong organizational abilities. Previous experience in a call centre or administrative role is preferred but not required.
