Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to reach potential corporate clients.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of client contact details.
- Apply effective communication skills to engage with clients via phone calls.
- No sales involved.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Malay or Chinese is a bonus.
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and note-taking during calls.
- Possess a positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, meeting established targets and deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Kelana Jaya.
Please note the following details:
- This position is based in our office @ Parklane Commercial Hub, Kelana Jaya.
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. This is not a weekend or after-hours job.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract Length: 3 months
Salary: RM100.00 per day
Schedule:
