Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- To call customers/clients for payment reminders
- To explain non-payment and other services
- To negotiate repayment arrangements
- To follow up on payment promises
- To achieve targets as a team or individually
- To perform related duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM or Equivalent
- No experience required, training provided
- Experience leads to higher salary
- Good communication in Malay, English, and other Malaysian languages
- Computer literate
